A lovely vacation in Belize started off at Chaa Creek. The cabins were outstanding, with howler monkeys to wake you and all kinds of creatures (including a puma!!!) prowling. If you want a wild experience this is the place. Glamping at Chaa Creek’s Camp Casitas you get fed the best meals. Loved all the employees- Extra shout out to Benjamin helping us navigate to Caracol. The butterflies and the pool have you swimming in beautiful blues. Chaa Creek is the place to experience the jungle before heading out to the surrounding mayan ruins.

Sitting it out again. Patience.

The Singer family house is something to admire. Midcentury rooms surrounding a courtyard with a pool sounds perfect to me. Thank you Palm Springs for showing me these riches.

The Parker in Palm Springs is a destination in itself. Every corner is filled with delights. Absolutly loved all of the gardens and pools. Jonathan Adler’s designs fit perfectly in Palm Springs. The exemplary retreat has left an indelible mark on my mind.

I’m digging these brunch spots and the cutest dogs.

The Presidio Social Club has a dog friendly back patio. Perfect for a long break.

When I have a bit more time to wait, Tartine Manufactory is outstanding. The coddled eggs, yum. The sourdough goes with everything. Worth the wait.

Lucky for me, Vive la Tarte opened a store in the Ferry Building and they have tacros -a croissant wrapped taco.
